Walk-In
Our store is open everyday Mon-Fri 10AM-8PM and Sat-Sun 11AM-8PM. No appointments are necessary and our highly skilled technicians can complete most repairs in minutes, while you are waiting we offer free internet access.

Mail-In
After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email with instructions on how to properly pack and where to ship your device. When we receive you device our highly skilled technicians will examine and repair your device. Nearly all our repairs are shipped back to you the same day after receiving your broken device.

Ordering

Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you’ll view the latest products/services and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make a price adjustment after an order has been placed. Please double check the shipping address you have entered for your order. To cancel your order immediately call our customer service if your order was already shipped you will have to obtain RMA number to return the item.
